Description:

This position assists in recruitment and event planning to prospective and current international students. This position also helps with planning campus events, campus visits, school visits, campus tours. This position will utilize email, chat, whatsapp and more to communicate with students from other countries. This position assists in creating marketing content for social media.

Qualifications:

  • Skills in marketing, business, communication, grammar, connection, and cultural awareness.
  • Someone who enjoys interacting with others in person.
  • Comfortable on camera.
  • Demonstrate interest in others and in helping them with good customer service skills.
  • Be accountable with good work ethic and ability to work independently at times.
  • Ability to learn and use new computer programs/applications.
  • Utilize the Slate platform (CRM) for prospective student data management.
  • Students will receive any necessary training upon hire, including FERPA training and specific software training relevant to the role.
  • Expert command of the English language
  • Ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-lingual (especially Spanish, French, Chinese or Arabic)
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms like Gmail and WhatsApp.
  • Working Conditions and Schedule:
  • This position requires on-campus presence with flexible hours as agreed upon with the supervisor.
